Next Mitch Turner Novel Update + Only the Guilty Sample Chapters

Things have been very busy over the last month or so here at Grim Archer Media, but things have been going very well!

I’m pleased to report that The Company Man is finished. I finished that since the last time I gave a podcast update. That novel really came together in the end. I’m very proud of what it is and currently it just finished with beta reading and it’s going through my copy editing process now. So it’s off with my first copy editor.

That book, I think it’s really exciting. I can’t wait to get it out. I’m targeting sometime in November to release it.

Also, I just released Malcom Braxton and the Dragon War. I’ve been talking about this book now for a very long time, almost two years. It’s been kind of a fun project for me, a good diversion, a way to kind of get out and try something new, something that I haven’t written in a while, and kind of sharpen my saw a little bit. So Malcolm Braxton and the Dragon War is now out. If you like thrillers and you like dragons and you like magic and fantasy, I think this book might be a fun thing for you. And if not, perhaps you might have a young adult in your life who would enjoy it.

Part of the reason why I wrote this novel was I have children in my house who keep asking me to write books for them. The legal thrillers and thrillers that I write aren’t something that the going to be reading for a few more years. So this is a book for them. Anyhow, so that book is out now. Read it and let me know what you think.

Also, I have The Wild Card audiobook coming down the pipe here. Eric G. Dove is going to be starting that here sometime in the next few weeks, and I’m really excited for that. He always does a fantastic job. And I sometimes will hear his voice when I’m writing on a particular character in a Mitch Turner novel.

Anyhow, I’m also pleased to announce that the next Mitch Turner novel, the first draft, is now officially 50% done. Actually, a little bit more than 50%. It’s closer to 60%, I think.

But I am going to be shooting for my normal December release on that. The novel is off to a great start. Starts with a double homicide, and it goes from there. So yeah, it’s going to be a fun novel. I think you guys will all enjoy that.

And finally, in case you missed it, I released The Shooter, which features Kirk Hoffman. I released that in July. And then The Rat’s Nest audiobook came out just recently as well. I think that was August. And that features Audrey Spencer. And the previous podcast I put out last month, if you didn’t catch that, I believe has the first five chapters of that audiobook. You can also find the first five chapters on YouTube. And that’s pretty much it for updates. I hope everybody has fun gearing up for Halloween.
